Ryan Sarakul
CEO / Founder & Director of Media Operations
Ryan Sarakul is a photographer, video producer, and creative director with over fifteen years behind the lens.
He founded his first company in 2017 and has since built a career working alongside brands including Red Bull, Zoom, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Chase Center and Salesforce.
As the Founder of CRM Group, IMX Studio, and I AM EXCLUSIVE LLC Ryan serves as a director and media consultant for corporations domestically and internationally. A former professional street dancer, Ryan brings a creative background and eye for storytelling to every project that continues to define the quality of his work.
Christopher Ian Perry
Cinematographer & Creative Director
Christopher Ian Perry is a cinematographer, photographer, and Founder of Classic City Films.
With a style shaped by documentary filmmaking and classic cinema, Christopher has partnered with brands and companies across industries producing cinematic marketing content that is artistic, intentional, and built to leave a lasting impression.
Alongside his commercial work Christopher has established himself as a sought after wedding filmmaker known for capturing life's most personal moments with a dramatic and story driven eye. As a photographer his approach carries the same signature. Dramatic natural light, classic composition, and a deep respect for the moment in front of the lens.

Tavares A. Garrett is the Owner of TAG Management, The Body Synthesis, and the founder of his own event production agency.
A former TV personality, musician, and entertainment industry veteran, Tavares built his career on an ability to communicate, connect, and bring out the best in the people around him.
Today he channels that same energy into helping clients across the country with their health and wellness while continuing to open doors, broker opportunities, and serve as the catalyst behind partnerships and deals that define careers. Whatever the industry, Tavares has a way of making things happen.

Ryan Jeremy Reyes, known as RJ, is a lead videographer, Visual Effects & Post Production Director, and the Founder of TURF.Mov.
A former professional street dancer, RJ came up inside the culture that now defines his work. Hyphy music, street dance, and the ever evolving visual language of urban life are not just influences. They are the foundation.
RJ creates original style content built on in trend visual effects, sharp post production, and an editing instinct that is always in tune with what the culture is doing right now.
His work feels alive because it comes from someone who has always lived inside it. At CRM Group RJ brings that energy to every production delivering content that is fresh, culturally connected, and impossible to scroll past.
